One of the best ways to lose weight is to keep track of everything you put in your mouth each day.  Tracking your food with a food journal or food diary is the best way.  We have created some food journal templates for you to choose from. 

The templates are available in two different formats.  If you wish to just print the food diary and fill it in by hand, use the pdf version.  If you wish to fill in the form online with a word processing program, download the .doc version.
