Daily consumption of 3-4 cups of green tea will help in the reduction of weight. Thus one can lose 70 calories a day which further means seven pounds a year. However, it is false to rely completely on this. Green tea is not a magic drink to lose weight. It works slowly and one needs to possess lots of patience. As it has several health benefits, it is best to keep on drinking it. If someone thinks that by drinking more tea the person will be able to lose extra weight then it is a misunderstanding. Extra intake will lead to no extra benefit. Moreover, it has less caffeine than in coffee and tea. But it has no harmful effects on your health. Get the benefit of a slim body along with more concentration by drinking green tea.
